That’s why we offer a 10-day refund policy for our live virtual class. When buying a course on Agilish.org, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

If you decide to cancel your registration within 10 business days of the start of the class, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. After 10 business days, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds. Please note that any associated processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend full duration of course.

To request a refund, please contact us at agilish.org@gmail.com, and provide your name, email address, and registration details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

In the event that we cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical difficulties, insufficient enrollments, natural disasters or instructor illness, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to attend a future class.

Refund of the duplicate payment will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 business days post communication by the customer. Agilish.org reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
